Concierge Design
Investment: Project Based Hourly
This design package represents our Full-Service Design options, and is meant for homeowners who don’t have the time to design their home or the capacity to manage a renovation project.
The solution involves a fully-custom design tailored to your home, your functional needs, and your style, which is fully managed and executed by our firm. Sponzo Interiors will partner with general contractors, architects, and other trade professionals, and oversee all installations to execute your project through completion. At the end of the project, we will hand your new home over to you and offer a toast to celebrate!
Foundational Design
Investment: Project Based Hourly
This design package is conceptual only and does not include project management or execution. The Foundational Package is meant for those homeowners or renters who want a design for their home which they will be able to execute on their own. We provide the foundation for your project, you implement.
Sponzo Interiors can make architect, general contractor, and industry professional recommendations to ensure your project goes smoothly after we hand over the design.
Virtual Design
Investment: Flat Fee
This design package is executed remotely and will not involve a designer visiting your home. With the photos and measurements that you provide us, we will put together a purchase list of retail goods and concept board to guide you in the right direction as you make furniture and decor purchases for your space.
